She is a full member of the Guild of Complementary Practitioners and the National Federation of Spiritual Healers and sat on the steering committee for the Reiki Federation - a group of master and practitioners attempting to raise the standards of training in the UK and across the world.
In 1996 she formed the Society for Promoting Holistic Healing (SPHH) and began publishing a newsletter called The Whole Being. 1n 1999 she opened her first Natural Therapy Centre.
